How Agromoon citrus cartons are prepared for export — sorted in three stages, sized on the Caesar machine, and mechanically sealed for transit.
Selection & Sorting
For citrus, sorting runs in three distinct stages. First, broken and damaged fruit is excluded at intake. After washing with clean drinking water, all physiological and mechanical defects are removed. Following waxing, each step is inspected again by skillful workers with deep experience in sorting agricultural crops.
Sizing & Packing
For citrus, packing is preceded by sizing on the Caesar machine, which distributes fruit by size into the designated packing basin so every export carton is filled with uniform calibers. Cartons are closed mechanically by a sticking machine, sealed securely for safe ocean arrival.
Export Handling
Agromoon provides dependable export handling for fresh Egyptian crops. We coordinate shipments worldwide in collaboration with major shipping lines, managing order requirements through to port loading.
